SnapFix shows a confidence score with every diagnosis so you always know how certain the AI is. You can add up to three photos from different angles for a more accurate result, and use the follow-up chat to ask questions about your specific situation.

SnapFix gives you a clear understanding of the problem and step-by-step guidance for repairs you can safely do yourself. For complex, dangerous, or code-regulated work — like major electrical or gas — we always recommend a licensed professional, and the app will tell you when that's the case.

SnapFix is available now for iPhone on the App Store (iOS 17 or later). An Android version is in the works.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → SnapFix → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
